Yes now in 21st century its posible to synthesis tissue and may be in near future whole human organs for transplantation purposes.<br />The tissue engineering is an imerging field with ample potential of research,  time magzine discribed organ synthesis as hotest job in 2000 A.D. This may become true in coming times.<br />The tissue which are synthesised in-vitro have more chances for successful auto/allo/xenografts as they produce least immunogenesity resposes.
