Tissue and organ artificial production

Yes now in 21st century its posible to synthesis tissue and may be in near future whole human organs for transplantation purposes.
The tissue engineering is an imerging field with ample potential of research,  time magzine discribed organ synthesis as hotest job in 2000 A.D. This may become true in coming times.
The tissue which are synthesised in-vitro have more chances for successful auto/allo/xenografts as they produce least immunogenesity resposes. They will also help to avoid use of immunosupressor medicines after transplant.
The best thing is this technology will help to avoid donor shortage issue :)
